ABOUT
Amaar
Hey, I’m Amaar — a strength coach and athlete dedicated to helping you train smarter, get stronger, and move better.
What started as a personal journey to level up my own physique and performance turned into a passion for helping others do the same. I can teach you the lessons I've learnt from my years of mistakes and failed attempts, but without you having to spend ages making those same mistakes! Through years of consistent training, coaching clients of all levels, and overcoming battles with injury, I’ve developed a no-BS approach that actually works.
Whether you’re a beginner trying to build muscle, an experienced lifter stuck in a plateau, or struggling to gain momentum after injury, I’m here to guide you with customized programs, accountability, and real results.
You’ve seen the lifts on TikTok and Instagram — now it’s time to apply it to your training.

Amaar’s Core Training Principles

SUCCESS STORy
"Struggles to Strength"
-----------
At a young age, I was the fat kid. I'd never even set foot in a gym never mind think that I was able to achieve my dream physique. As I got a little older, I became more self conscious, but not in the right way.
I developed unhealthy eating habits, and became obsessed with losing weight; for all the wrong reasons. I became so skinny that despite losing all that weight, I was still unsatisfied.
That's when I started hitting the gym. Fast forward to now, where I've broken 2 powerlifting records (Under 16 Regional, West Midlands), and sculpted my physique multiple times, understanding the best ways to both gain and lose weight, but also when to do one or the other. During my fitness journey, I've had to overcome battles of injury, the most significant being a torn ACL and MCL together, yet I've still come back harder.
I've helped others achieve their fitness dreams, so why don't you do the same?
